Suwanee, GA: ARRIS (Nasdaq: ARRS) today announced that it has been named a recipient of The China Radio and Television Equipment Industrial Association’s (CRTA) Science and Technology Innovation Honors. This prestigious award is among the highest level Broadcast Technology awards presented in the Chinese industry. It was presented to ARRIS by senior officials from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The ARRIS solutions singled out for their innovation were the ARRIS C4® Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) platform and the ARRIS ConvergeMedia™ On Demand Content Management Platform.
